About John

Coming from a farming background and with family still involved in the agriculture sector, gives me great insight into a variety of farms and lifestyle opportunities available. I have worked in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years, and most of that time has been with Farmlands Real Estate Ltd, I have enjoyed selling properties of various scale across Southland. Originally from the Bay of Plenty where I share-milked for 8 years, I then shifted to Edendale in 1992 milking cows and bought my own farm. After the farm was sold I completed my Real Estate papers and have also attained the AREINZ management papers. I now live on a 10Ha property just north of Invercargill, running deer and a few sheep which keeps me well aware of the day to day requirements of farming.
