With 20 years of teaching experience prior to embarking on a successful change of career to Real Estate, Penny is the agent who can listen to your needs and deliver to your expectations. She has completed her real estate qualifications to the highest level, AREINZ and utilizes this knowledge when dealing with her clients. Penny’s partner, Roger Faber has recently completed his real estate papers and has now joined forces with Penny. After spending the last 43 years since leaving school working, and later owning Carpet Court here in Gisborne, Roger had a life changing moment being diagnosed with T3 Bowel Cancer. Having to re-evaluate his life and make some major lifestyle changes he decided to sell Carpet Court to concentrate on his recovery from major Bowel surgery. Recent tests have showed no signs of cancer and now it is time to get back into the work force. Together they can offer their clients Penny's Real Estate experience from 16 years of selling and negotiating over 600 deals and Roger's vast sales and communication skills. A lot of you will know Roger from the Gisborne Tatapouri Sports Fishing Club where he has been on the committee since 1984 and President for the past 19 years. This experienced professional team can offer you exceptional service and are here to help you achieve the best price in the current market.
